Start with a common, non-emergency concern. Your provider reviews your symptoms and history, then explains whether virtual care is suitable or whether you need an examination, testing or treatment in person.

Can I discuss a cold, a rash or a urinary concern online?

You can choose a concern from the service list to begin intake. Share when it started, how it feels and what you have tried. Your provider decides what can be evaluated online; listing a symptom does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription or treatment.

Is online urgent care the same as an emergency room?

No. Online urgent care is for non-emergency concerns. For severe symptoms or a medical emergency, call 911. Do not wait for an online appointment.

Will I receive a prescription?

Prescribing is a clinical decision made after evaluation. Some concerns need testing or an in-person examination, and a prescription is not guaranteed. Medication charges are separate from the visit.

Where are visits available?

DoctorsBeyond serves patients in Georgia and Alabama. Eligibility depends on where you are physically located during the visit and whether an appropriately licensed provider is available. Explore Georgia telehealth or Alabama telehealth.

How do I start, and when do I pay?

Choose your concern and complete the intake. Choose an available appointment time, then review insurance or self-pay details and the amount shown before payment. After payment, confirm your booking.
