Gather current medications, allergies, relevant history and any recent results. You can upload documents, including PDFs, at the appropriate intake step.

Choose insurance or self-pay. If using insurance, confirm your plan details and check the amount displayed. Payment comes before official appointment-time selection.

Choose a quiet, private place. Test your camera, microphone and internet connection before a video visit. Do not join while driving.
