DOCTORSBEYOND · YOUR GUIDE TO CARE
Telehealth that fits your life.
An online visit connects you with a provider through your device. Start with the kind of care you need, then explore what is available where you are. DOCTORSBEYOND currently serves Georgia and Alabama.

FOUR WAYS TO GET STARTED
Which care is right for your concern?
Urgent care, primary care or mental health?
| Service | A reason to explore it | What to bring |
|---|---|---|
| Urgent care | A new common illness or symptom that is not an emergency. | When it started, related symptoms and what you have tried. |
| Primary care | An ongoing concern, medication review or follow-up discussion. | Your medications, recent readings and relevant records. |
| Mental health | Anxiety, low mood, grief or another emotional health concern. | What has changed, previous care and your questions. |
These are starting points, not a symptom checker. A clinician determines whether your concern can be addressed virtually.

Can I use DOCTORSBEYOND anywhere in the United States?
You can explore our information from anywhere. Medical visits currently serve patients physically located in Georgia or Alabama, subject to provider availability and clinical suitability. A home address in one of those states does not establish eligibility while you are elsewhere.
What is the difference between telehealth and telemedicine?
Telehealth is a broad term for care delivered at a distance. Telemedicine commonly describes a clinical visit with a provider. Here, an online visit means discussing your health concern through a supported communication method.
Can I see a provider without health insurance?
Yes. Self-pay medical visits are available. Compare the prices and optional membership benefits before booking. Medication is billed separately from medical visits.
Can every problem be treated online?
No. Your provider may recommend testing, an in-person examination or another service. Online care does not replace emergency care.
